GENERAL

All works are to be posted on my portfolio (with a watermark) once finished. If you wish for your request to be private, please ensure it is stated during the ordering process.

Commissions that have copyrighted characters (fanart, anime, games etc.) The artist retains the commercial use licenses of the work unless negotiated otherwise.

PAYMENTS

If the artist accepts the commission- it must be paid in full or half before the commission is started.

COMMUNICATION

The artist will send updates for my workflow as follows

1. Drafting

2. Render

3. Background

4. Finished product

if the client fails to respond to revisions approval from me for a period longer than 14 days, the commissioned work will be considered completed by both parties without need of refunds or further work.

REVISIONS

You are allowed to make three changes during the drafting phase and none afterward. Additional revisions will be charged.

REFUNDS

Commissions are non-refundable after payment unless the artist decides to cancel the commission if the artist has not sent any update regarding the commission progress for a period longer than 14 days or if the artist is the only one at fault for missing the deadline. The payment will only be fully or partially refunded if the client requests it.

No NFT & No AI

NFT AND AI - You are prohibited from using my work as an NFT and promoting NFTs under any circumstances. You are also prohibited from feeding my work into any AI image generator.
